Search for prospect leads for rent.
Arrange flat visits for prospect leads.
Negotiations on rent on behalf of owner.
Sealing the deal with prospect lead by asking advance to block the flat.
Collection of valid government and employment ID proofs for owner.
Ensuring finalised tenant transfer agreed full deposit to owners account.
Preparing of rental agreement and getting it signed off by Owner and Tenant.
Moving-in of tenants and helping to fulfil association formalities.
Agreement is for 11 months and in case tenant vacates before 11 months, we will find new tenant free of cost.
Taking handover of flat from owner as care taker to maintain it for next 3 years. One set of keys to be taken.
Inspection of flat for any maintenance requirements.
Co-ordination for interior, cleaning, painting or any repair work required in flat.

Moving-out of tenants, inspection of flat to ensure there is no breakage or damaged done to the property. In case of any damage, deposit refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Tenant will be co-ordinating directly with us for any issue during his tenancy period.
Owner will be involved on need basis to resolve tenant issues if any during tenancy period.
Terms and Conditions
One time Engagement
Our relationship/engagement ends once rental agreement is signed-off. Any conflict hereafter will be resolved with mutual understanding of owner and tenant, we won’t be involved.3 Years Engagement
The contract is for a minimum of 3 years. All charges for repairs or necessary maintenance work will be borne by the owner. Rent and deposit will be transferred directly to the owner’s account. The rental agreement will be between the owner and the tenant. During periods of non-occupancy of the flat for any reason, the owner will bear the costs, and we will not be obligated to pay rent.
